The idea of not subscribing to a media norm ignores the progression of human perception on reality. It was once considered detrimental to talk through a phone…yet telemarketing and phone gossip emerged. Emails were seen as impersonal, not the same as letters. Most people do not not write letters. Social media is human push to instantly communicate on their terms.
