Creating Solutions for Opportunity a true way to derive wealth with little money

How is wealth measured? How do you earn income? What is the true value to provide? People are not things. There is a commercial that I am quite fond of. The commercial begins with showing items. The items all have dollar values attached. One by one each circumstance shows itself. After the price quotes there is a dramatic moment. Two people interact with each other and the word “Priceless” materializes on screen.

This commercial is sort of like people. You do not look at a person and say, “You’re worth one thousand dollars”. The last time we did that in this country was slavery.

So where is the value a person has? After all we do require money. Isn’t a person’s time worth something? Isn’t a person’s work worth something? Narrowing into the question we find how people create value. Do you know your actions’ value?

Let me show you how to determine your action values. Let me explain a simple solution for having your work product be worth $1,000, $5,000 or even $20,000.

In order to create value you must create a work product that navigates people through problems that no one else services.

Professional Entrepreneurs create solutions to problems. These problems range in complexity but fall generally in three categories. The first category is “Personal Reasons”. The second category is “Emerging Technologies”. The final category is “Middle Space Markets”. Creating a solution that no one else offers, while agreeing to work on a differed basis, is the cornerstone of high value success for Professional Entrepreneurs.

Locating individuals who exist in spaces where limited talent can be found will determine high closing rate. I migrate to industries that are new. I am concerned with industries having no formal framework in place for attracting personnel. Competing with few people makes it easier to shine. I do not shy from competition. I embrace competition. I also enjoy conflict that has odds in my favor. I do not require grand standing or emerging number one out of ten million. Odds are low in saturated and established markets. My opportunity is found easier in markets where general public has disinterest.

Scarcity is the bedrock of value. The inability to locate a competitor means you have premium. It’s simple supply and demand.

This article sounds full of philosophy doesn’t it? The point is philosophy. In order to create value others must perceive it. You cannot expect payment for something a person perceives to be worthless. The point of this article is to offer insight into how important perception is in presentation. Why does a person pay $14.95 for a 24kt Gold Ice Cream Cone at Snowpolis? The ice cream and flakes are worth $2.00 at maximum. Think about it. Why would a person spend almost $1,000 to watch people bounce balls and shoot them in goals? People perceive the value. So people pay the price. A person who has been searching for your solution is desperate. A person’s desire drives price. It is your job to discover desire, show how you satisfy it and then demand a hefty premium once it is complete.

Differed compensation doesn’t mean not getting paid. It means taking payment once your product is complete. Remember people pay more later for what they should pay less today. In all instances your only asset is Knowledge. Knowledge creates into assets (i.e. cash). Cash is your building block to wealth. I grossed forty thousand last month because of my Knowledge. What will you create this month with yours?
