A recent count of my daily screentime weekly average was 6 hours and 45 minutes. 3 hours were spent on Microsoft Teams, 20 minutes on Zoom, 24 minutes on Mail, 36 minutes on iMessage, & 1 hour on phone calls. I spent nearly all of my hours with direct conversation.
My IG held a whopping 19 minutes. Most of my time on IG was spent uploading a story. I spent 9 minutes to acknowledge DMs older than 24 hours from my top 20 messengers.
